Port wine, capturing the rich flavor of our fresh black currants; sweet , dark and remarkably tart; tangy flavor heightened by a little tannin; a fortified port-style dessert wine that pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, blue veined cheeses, game pates, or a good cigar; great baseline for a Kir when combined with Proseco or sparkling white wine; entrancing deep ruby color, makes spritzers and coolers festive and special; combine in equal parts with our Oro, hazelnut dessert wine, for a “playful” peanut butter and jelly wine!
