2021 Columbia Valley Chardonnay

Our un-oaked Chardonnay is vinted off-dry. Fruity with subtle murmurings of citrus, apple and pineapple. It’s full bodied with a good acid balance and really tastes and smells like its namesake grape. It’s great for casual drinking, but the rich, lingering taste complements smoked fish, cured meats, hearty beef-based soups and ragouts or sharp cheeses like Stilton or Reggiano.
