We’ve vinified it dry, with a long smooth finish, so it’s easy drinking and well balanced to complement all types of foods. This Riesling is perfectly suited for Asian dishes, shellfish and halibut, but shows its amazing versatility when accompanying pasta, paella or cheese and fruit.
